Family
Submit information about a pastor or church to be added to our Family page. Please include a high-quality image (Card.jpg, Card.png, or Card.gif) along with your BIO.txt file.
File Naming: Create a folder named "[Name] - [Church Name]" (e.g., "John Smith - First Baptist Church"). Place your BIO.txt file and Card image file in this folder. The image should be named "[Name] - Card.jpg" (or .png/.gif).
Outreach
Submit information about an outreach ministry or mission organization. Please include a high-quality image (Card.jpg, Card.png, or Card.gif) along with your BIO.txt file.
File Naming: Create a folder named "[Name] - [Ministry Name]" (e.g., "Jane Doe - Mission Outreach"). Place your BIO.txt file and Card image file in this folder. The image should be named "[Name] - Card.jpg" (or .png/.gif).
News
Submit a news article about upcoming events, announcements, or updates from your ministry.
File Naming: Name your file "MM.DD.YYYY [Article Title].txt" (e.g., "03.15.2026 Annual Conference.txt"). The date should be the event date, not the submission date. News articles are automatically archived 7 days after the event date.
Blog
Submit a faith-based article that encourages and edifies believers in their daily walk with Christ.
File Naming: Name your file "MM.DD.YYYY [Article Title].txt" (e.g., "01.15.2026 Finding Peace.txt"). The date should be the publication date. Articles are sorted by date with the newest first.
Sermons
Submit an audio recording of a sermon to be featured on our Sermons page.
File Naming: Name your audio file "MM.DD.YYYY - [Sermon Title] - [Speaker Name].mp3" (e.g., "01.15.2026 - Finding Peace - Chris Walton.mp3"). Supported formats: .mp3 (recommended), .wav, .m4a, .ogg, .aac. The date in the filename will be used as the sermon date.
F.O.G. Groups
Submit information about a small group that people can join for fellowship and growth.
File Naming: Name your file "MM.DD.YYYY [Group Title].txt" (e.g., "01.15.2026 Men's Bible Study.txt"). The date should be the group's start date. Groups automatically expire 90 days after their start date and will need to reapply.
